The title of this post could have just as easily been How to Get Rid of Your Husband's Old Shirts When He Has to Many and Won't Let Go, but it seemed a bit long. AND that was only an added bonus to the project. WE actually did this project on St. Patrick's Day, but I have delayed posting it. I didn't get a lot of pictures taken in the middle of the process because I was pretty busy getting the project done.
Basically I ave each of the kids a canvas and they applied painters tape in an uneven stripe pattern. Then we painted each section with a different color. Once it was dry, we took off the tape.
Here they are after the tape was removed.
I am going to hang them int he kids room. I am changing their room up a bit. Right now it is decorated in Curious George. It is time for a change. I am waiting for a few things on "order" from my dad. And I need some time. I have a few more projects to do before I can get to their room anyway.

What a neat idea!! They turned out great.
That's a really cool idea. And I'm sure very entertaining for the kiddos.
