YIPPEE! I got the Joovy Caboose stroller I wanted. There is a big consignment sale here in my area. I volunteered to work at the sale so that I could shop early! Good thing I did, cuz there was only 1! (there weren't even other brands of the same type of stroller) While I was in line waiting to go in (I was about #70) I heard that there was only one and it was marked fro $85. So I went straight there and got it! Now I hope the stuff I put up for sale sells. I bough WAY too much stuff. But I keep reminding myself I bought all the clothes the kids will need for fall and winter (save they don't change sizes on, the rascals) I also got some "new baby gifts", birthday gifts, and Christmas gifts. Not to mention some booster seats for the dining table, and a rail for Eli's bed, when we final switch him. Then I got a few new toys for now too! But I am most excited about now. I am alrady getting ready for the next one in the spring. I'll get primarily clothes at that point. But next fall I may get a toy workbench for Eli.
I have been making Tutu's for Kiah. I have a total of 5 now. SO when all the girls come over they all have one and I hope to make another 1 or 2 so even the last girl will have a choice. So I am in the process of designing dress-up storage. I didn't even go over to the costume section of the sale yesterday. (well, I went RIGHT next to it to get a bike for Kiah's Bday)
I am also planning an action packed party for Kiah's 4th bday. It is a Dora theme. I made little maps for the invites, and I am going to make backpacks for the goodie bags. Now I need to go to the store to see what I can use for the adventure, lol. I have a little over a week left. And I HAVE to clean the house!
Only a few more projects left that we want to ge done soon. It would be nice before summer ends, but I will settle for before the baby is born. But I am not holding my breath. We still have to paint our room, increase the insulation in the attic, and reseal the driveway.
