Man... Have I been sick lately. In December I had a sinus infection. It was awful. I was able to get some antibiotic and start to feel a bit better. But that was short lived. I soon developed a sore throat. It was not like any other sore throat I had ever had before. It bothered me the most when I would lay down to sleep at night. It would hurt so badly I couldn't fall asleep until I took pain killer to dull it a bit. Then my back went out. It was so weird. I didn't do anything. I just couldn't walk upright one day.
Finally the pain got to me and I decided to see the doctor. It was a bit of a nightmare and through a series of events I would prefer not to relive right now, because it makes me want to curse. So I'll just leave it at... after driving all over the place I ended-up at the ER, which was probably better in the long run anyhow.
After lots of waiting and lots of testing they decided I had an infection in my lymph node, so more antibiotics. I also got some painkiller and muscle relaxants from them for my back.
Hopefully.... this is the last of it!
