Apparently I only took one picture worth posting. I was really sad the activity was so well attended. But it was still a lot of fun. Ans we are so glad that Lucy and Garrett were there to play in the water with us. We love River Walk. I am sure we will be heading back very soon!
As a note, it was really interesting to talk to an an employee about where the flood water was and wasn't. Because of some berms and retaining walls only the end of the walk.... where this picture was taken was really hit. So it was fairly easy to get it back together. The snack bar at the end is still down for the count, but everything else is up and running. Including the boats that the kids begged to go on, but I told them we might be able to do that when PeePaw comes to visit. Also, the water level is actually lower in the fountain than it used to be! I, personally, like it.
